• CUVÉE 0.50 — Extra virgin olive oil cuvee is a selection of the best. Concrete, vibrant, balanced Istrian white accompanied by the rounded leccino. The addition of floral maurine and the moderate aggressiveness of frantoio can be felt. It is a recipe for rich, enjoyable and balanced taste. We recommend it with pasta, rice, white and red meat, grilled dishes, beef carpaccio, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
• ISTRSKA BELICA 0.50 — Olive oil made of the Istrian white is specific. With a typical smell of mowed grass, it belongs to oils with the highest content of beneficial natural antioxidants (polyphenols). Rich fruityness, harmonious bitterness and spicyness grant the oil a special place and recognition in the world. It goes well with pasta, rice, red meat, grilled dishes, beef carp, minestrone, vegetable soup and salads.
• LECCINO 0.50 — It is the second most widely used variety in Slovenian Istria. It originates from the province of Tuscany. Olive oil of the Leccino variety is characterised by rounded balanced and harmonious flavours. The freshness of odour overwhelms with a typical fruitful note of almond and green vegetables, and continues in the harmonious exchange of mild bitterness and moderate piquancy. Try it with pasta, rice, fish, white meat, vegetable soups and salads.
• OLIVE OIL WITH LEMON FLAVOUR — At the time of processing, organic olives are added organic lemons, resulting in olive oil with lemon flavour. Its aroma is characteristically Mediterranean with mild noble bitterness, a strong fruitful note and a pleasant freshness. It goes well with salads, rice, various vegetables, fruit skewers, desserts and cocktails.
• OLIVE OIL WITH ORANGE FLAVOUR — At the time of processing, organic olives are added organic oranges; olive oil with orange flavour is created. Its aroma is characteristically Mediterranean with mild noble bitterness, a highly fruitful note, a pleasant freshness and a touch of sweetness. Try it with white meat, duck breast, baked goose, crayfish, risotto, salads, chocolate desserts and fruit.
• SMOKED OLIVE OIL — Smoked olive oil is a unique product made of organic Jenko Extra Virgin Olive Oil that has been internationally-awarded many times. It is smoked with natural beech and oak wood. The taste is strong, balanced with moderate bitterness and spicyness, with a sophisticated smoke note that perfectly rounds the taste! Served with meat, seafood, soups, stews, vegetable dishes and cheese. Also useful as flavour enhancer for vegan dishes.
