EM-DAT is a global database with information on over 27,000 mass disasters from 1900 to present day. It's compiled from various sources, including UN agencies, NGOs, and press agencies. The data is open access for non-commercial use and distributed by the Centre for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters (CRED).
